anyway,
here are the taxi's way:
1. taxi from bedok.
2. taxi from orchard.

bus routes:
1. take bus 16 from orchard and alight at Marine Terrace.

2. take shuttle service from bedok mrt and land in parkway.
den we will walk underground service.

3. take bus 401 and alight bus stop 92199.
then walk about 3 minutes.

if anyone got a better transport route which is not so messy,
please tell me :D
